Your visit will include filling out an intake form where you will have the opportunity express your health concerns or conditions, talk about past history and current medical concerns, your mental state and your emotional well being. All of which are impacted by the balance of chemicals and minerals in your body and their ability to be processed and metabolized. *consumed with every bite of food you eat this is your fuel.
We can support our best health by making choices nutritionally that allow our bodies to use it's fuel at it's most optimum potential. The information that you share will allow Shova to pinpoint areas of your health that can be improved with dietary changes, and help to identify or rule out allergies or sensitivities through elimination diets. Shova has 8 years of experience in Gluten Free nutrition, Whole Food Diets and Nutritionally Restricted Diet Guidance and operates Bayou Creek Farmstead's Cottage Foods supporting A variety of dietary needs
You can expect your appointment to last around 1 hour and you will leave with a more informed picture of your nutritional health and how to proceed initially to achieve your goals. This may include suggestions for dietary alterations, restrictions or additions, supplements including tonics, herbs or oils, techniques to achieve restful states to allow your body to rest and recover, or a combination of one or more of these modalities. Follow up appointments are usually recommended weekly for the first 2 to 3 weeks and every 4 to 6 weeks thereafter.

**Your session will last approximately 1 hours and consist of a short intake where areas of concern can be expressed, a standard health evaluation can be discussed along with your short and long term goals, and any questions about your session will be answered. Subsequent visits will be approximately 1 hour healing and supportive energy therapy sessions.
